Store Manager Position - Now Hiring!

Janelle James Boutique is hiring a Store Manager. We are a small, locally

owned and operated retail-clothing boutique with locations at Bridgeport Village and

Pioneer Place.  We are looking for a store manager who has prior retail management and

visual/merchandising experience.  Here are some the characteristics & duties the store manager

will have:

- Must be goal-oriented, ambitious and self motivating to achieve financial

goals of the store and to assist/counsel other employees with goals

- Create and maintain client relationships

- Assist in supervising staff with daily tasks, counseling, training, and

disciplining employees

- Ability to think creatively to help drive sales of the store, provides successful promotions and events

- Extremely detailed oriented

- Maintains the stability and reputation of the boutique
