RETURN POLICY
We strive to give you a shopping experience online, just as we do in stores. We want the experience to be more than amazing! However, we know that sometimes things don't work out, in which case we're here to help you. Janelle James Boutique web order return policy:
- Due to our limited and every changing inventory, if you are needing a different size, we recommend purchasing the correct size online (if available) and send the incorrect size back for a full refund within 1 week (7 days) from date of delivery. We don't technically do exchanges since we can't guarantee the size will be available by the time the incorrect size is received. If your size is not available, we will issue online store credit for a future purchase.
- If you do not like the item(s) once received, online store credit will be given.
- All return items must be postmarked within 2 week (14 days) of delivery.
- Item(s) must be returned with original receipt, original tags attached, unaltered, unworn and undamaged. We inspect each item before we ship it out. Any item that shows signs of wear/damage/altered including makeup, deodorant, smoke, or perfume smells, will not be exchangeable or eligible for online store credit.
- It may be best to open the package without using sharp utensils or scissors to avoid damaging the item(s) inside.
- ALL FORMAL GOWNS ARE FINAL SALE.
- ALL SALES ON INTIMATES, GIFT CARDS, BELTS, ACCESSORIES, & PURSES/CLUTCHES ARE FINAL.
- Any merchandise that is outside of the 14 day online return policy, is considered FINAL.
- If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact our store within 2 days of receiving item.
- You are responsible for your own return shipping. You may choose any shipping carrier you wish. Be sure to make sure the merchandise fits the return criteria before shipping back to us.
