We are a small, locally owned and operated retail-clothing boutique with locations at Washinton Square Mall. We stand for providing memorable customer service, affordable prices, and trend-setting fashion for our customers. On the sales floor and behind the scenes, everyone in our stores works as a team to ensure customers are happy every time they shop with us. It's what we think sets us apart.
Here are some the characteristics & duties:
- Must be a positive role model, goal-oriented, ambitious and self motivating to achieve personal sales goals of the store and team sell with other employees with goals
- Create and maintain client relationships
- Assist the team with daily tasks, counseling, training, and disciplining employees
- Ability to think creatively to help drive sales of the store, provides successful promotions and events
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Flexible schedule and is able to work all retail hours
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the boutique
